How to send data back to DBD - Sync Jobs

How to send your jobs back.

We’ve made big improvements to sign off focusing on improving performance and reliability.

User steps:

1) At the top of the manifest page you will see a new ‘Sync Jobs’ button

2) Complete your jobs and sign off like normal.

3) Once you have got a signature from the site manager and pressed ‘Submit’ you will be taken back to the Manifest and the jobs will automatically appear as amber.

4) Once you have completed all the jobs on the site press Sync Jobs. (Make sure you are either in a good signal area or on wifi)

5) You will then see a progress bar showing you the jobs getting send back to DBD.

6) Press ‘Return to Manifest’

7) You should now see that job is green which means it has been received by DBD.

**As long as your jobs are on amber, you can leave site and press ‘Sync Jobs’ later on in the day when you have better signal (or on wifi).

**If some jobs still remain on amber after you have pressed ‘Sync Jobs’ please contact IT.
