Firstly, please make sure the phones are getting fully charged. If any phone has a battery of 40% or under by default the phone will deprioritise any app performance to conserve energy.
As most of your sites struggle with signal, we suggest:
When loading your vans, put your devices on airplane mode and connect to wifi
Download your jobs for the day
Keep your phone on airplane mode for the rest of the day
When back at the lockup/home and on wifi – please sync your jobs.
