This bug is linked with stale job data. However, if this does happen, please follow these steps:

1. Complete the job as normal and fill out eSign with a true reflection of what works have been completed.

2. Press ‘Save’ – this will redirect you back to the manifest page

3. Continue to complete the rest of your jobs like normal and get sign off.

4. Press ‘Export Data’ at the end of the day so IT can get all the SOP details
