This means that the phone’s database needs to be reset to clear out any stale data that is still on the phone.

If you press on eSign’s menu and go to the Settings page and press ‘Reset’.

We do encourage fitters to do a reset at the end of each week. We are working on a reminder system but if you could please get into a habit of pressing reset once all your work has been submitted you will see a significant improvement in the app’s performance.
